They responded immediately and came out the next morning. They advertise free leak detection and that is exactly what they did. They found the problem which was a faulty valve on my outside water feature. They showed me what to do until it could be fixed. I was so relieved and I wanted to pay them for coming out. They said no. Our leak detection is free. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. They are honest and reliable and they will be my go to company if I have any future problems.

Joe and his sons showed up as scheduled and did a great job for our family! We had a leak coming from the ceiling and fortunately it was not as bad it could have been. Joe and his team methodically diagnosed, repaired and cleaned up after their work...even dusted our ceiling fan! :o) They were very efficient and effective and completed the repairs quickly. We called this company about a year ago. They came to our house and found and repaired a leak as well as installed additional pex. So, when I had a leak about a week ago I called them again. They came out and said they would come back with a meter to read the moisture in my drywall and repair the bathroom sink that was the cause of the damage. I have not heard from them since. They did not come back nor even give a reason as to why. I ended up finding a nice young man name Jonathan G. on task rabbit who came out and fix what was needed and then some. Still waiting to hear from Joe as to why the unprofessionalisms I called three times the day they were supposed to return and text messaged....still nothing.

Kevin from Murphy and sons are great had a leak under our slab from our ice box . They used all there high tech equipment to find the leak. Pleased with there work and in a timely manner and cleaned up after there mess I would recommend them to anybody.
